    Default Project TR6

    I figured I would share a few pictures of my 1974 Triumph TR6. I did a mild to moderate restoration around 11 years ago (which is why I look so young in some of these pictures, haha). I still have this car and it still drives great! Unfortunately I didn't do a god job of taking pictures to document this project, but here are a few that I found on my laptop.

    I picked it up for cheap in this condition:




    The only good thing was it didn't have any real rust to speak of, which makes body work a lot easier.

    Building the engine:


    I went with some mild performance modifications including milling the head for higher compression, a streetable cam, header, SU carbs, etc. Nothing crazy, but it made the car a little more responsive.
