No flux core availability for this unit that I am aware of at this time, no .023 as it is a 250 amp 4 drive roll machine.
Yes it does have a stick function. The distant picture was of an mockup model without the added DINSE.
The wheels can be removed, but the cylinder holder is part of the unit if I remember right. It may be able to be unbolted, but not sure at this point.

Rod thanks for the dimensions of the I-Mig 205 (L 20.25” x W 12.75” x H 14”). Rod/Geezer what size tank are you running with your 205?
PowerPro 205
9" South Bend Lathe
Enco Mill/Drill
Evolution Rage 2
i use a 80

The machine doesn't come with a stinger for stick welding (at least mine didn't) but it is capable. The + and - dinse connectors are uesd for stick welding. The same stinger that comes with everlast's larger tig machines fits it (35-70 dinse).
My machine came with extra .030-035/040 (.8/1.0) nurled roller for flux core/dual shield . The same size V rollers for steel came installed.
The wheels can be easily removed as well as all cylinder rack bracing, but the floor is one piece and extends about 10 inches past the back of the welder.
Here's a link to the drive roller page which is buried in mig consumables for some reason. http://www.everlastgenerators.com/Mi...oller-Kits.php

Great, I notice there is no stick duty cycle listed on the web page chart, but the max amps are stated as 200; is this correct?
I don't really need another stick holder. Like Mark noted, the pics don't give a good idea of what is going on, a euro connector for a stinger just seemed too oddball. Is the gun fed from a dinse pigtail sticking out the front like the other I-migs? i.e. is it capable of DCEN?
So the standard equipment is one .8/1.0 V and one .8/1.0 knurled? No 1.0/1.2 at all?
Oh well, I guess I can just cut it off when I get around to building a cart. Thanks for the link, Sometimes I find the site rather difficult to navigate so I forget to even try.The wheels can be easily removed as well as all cylinder rack bracing, but the floor is one piece and extends about 10 inches past the back of the welder.

Penncrest Buzzbox - Infinite amp control! Man the 70's were good.
Everlast Powerplasma 60 - Reliable unit, cuts well.
Everlast i-MIG 250P w/spoolgun - Really smooth, plenty of cajones.
Everlast 250EXT - Sometimes it just takes a kick in the balls...
Everlast 255EXT - Just started playing

All the other I-migs (at least according to the pictures) have a pigtail sticking out the front to feed the euro connector that can be plugged into either dinse making the mig torch itself DCEN. I know it isn't the usual polarity, but I've seen references to some flux core wires that call for it.

all mig welders are switchable to dcen or you wouldn't be able to weld aluminum with them or use flux wire. who has used flux mig wire its like a turbo charged burn a lot hotter lol use flux when welding horse corral pipe out side works great on zinc coated pipe

The addition of the knurled roller is new one for me, but that does mean someone in the factory is listening to our requests to include them.
A VERY important comment here guys to STOP the rumor mill.
The .8 and .1 groove ISN'T .030 and .035!!!!
There is 25.4 mm in one inch. You take .8 and divide by 25.4 and you end up with .031 or really it is a .030 for our purposes here in the US . Also the 1.0 mm ends up by the same token as .39 or .040 for our standards.
Here's the deal.
The small groove is good for .030 and .035
The large is good for .040 and .045.
I am not sure why you'd want to build a cart for a welder that is designed with one built in and is quite functional. This unit is rather large and not going to fit on any other type cart very well.

That is basically my question, does it have the MIg pigtail that can be plugged into either + or -? If it is to be used with flux wire, I would assume yes, but...
Ahh, in my noobness I thought each groove was a specific size and not a range, much clearer now.
I had it in mind that I would mix my own gases at some point and wanted both cylinders and welders on the same set of wheels, although I should probably know better than to even think it with the size of the EXT, the thing would have to be HUGE. Leaving the monster machines on the ground as they were intended and building a PLasma/Cylinders/Cooler/Supplies cart would probably be a better idea. That will be a fair bit in the future anyway.I am not sure why you'd want to build a cart for a welder that is designed with one built in and is quite functional.
