Why it's a hand powered valve refacer. Haven't seen one of those in a long time. Do you have the seat cutters, too?
Goes good with your in-block crank grinder. Are you going back in time in the engine rebuilding business?

lol this is the new neway gizmatic self centering valve refacer . sometime old things work good for new stuff . it leave a perfect finish on stelite valves and will do the smallest valves . a lot of new valves now they don't want you to use a valve grinding machine instead reface with carbide cutters .http://www.amazon.com/NVC-3-Neway-Gi.../dp/B0009RK7U2 i have a petersonhead rebuilding machine dose 5 angle valve cuts and machine,s for valve work like valve seats and stuff

didnt get the in block grinder bidding got to hi on ebay for the tool so let it go. figured i would go the tool post grinder way for crank shafts on the lathe
