    Default Welded with a Everlast welder

    For those on the fence considering buying a Everlast welder, we have been using a 250EX for close to 2.5 years. Here are some pics of the aluminum parts I weld everyday.

    If anyone has pics of any welds with an Everlast, post them for us all to enjoy!

    Any day on a motorcycle like this that ends just needing parts and labor is a good day.

    My son is doing a leaning post for a fellow in Ft. Lauderdale soon. I will try to remember to snap some pictures. It will be with the 250EX as well. Not that the DX and LX would not do the job.

    Wow those look nice... Great welds... What are they???? They almost look like a hydraulic cylinder.
    Shade tree MIG welder.

    Hehe, I was wondering exactly the same thing. The thickness of the larger tube don't seem to correlate to the beefiness of that tab that's welded to it. Very curious. Nice welds!
    Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?

    The parts are silencers for the racing two stroke exhaust system I manufacture, the tabs are heavy duty because harmonics will cause them to crack if they are light weight.

    After you stuff them, do you weld the end caps on, or can you change out the material in them?
