Just thought the price was really low.... I didn't pay attention to the fact that it was an auction and not "buy it now".

The good thing about the igbt, is that it is a blowback, and not highfreq. It also has a torch that in most areas of the country, you can buy consumables for it. The Mosfet cons are available locally, only from us or from some on line suppliers.
