Just wondering how good the water trap/filter is that comes with the PP50....
Can I use Only that one or do I need to buy a second to go inline with it?

It's what you learn, After you know it all, that counts!
You will definitely need a desiccant air dryer filter you can get a cheap one at harbor freight for about $12. That is what I use on my PP205 multiprocess.

I've had mine for a year and still on the first filter. My system stays fairly dry before the filter and I only use the filter for plasma and paint. It's plumbed inline and can be setup with quick couplings if youd like.

Should be plenty.
I have an extra dryer that I bought a Lowes and have not needed it yet.
This is my current air compressor and it seems to do a good job at producing dry air.

This is my old air compressor and I think it produced more water than air.

The max in rush amps is 39. (that is full power) Breakers usually allow about a 10% overage. So you should be fine to go. Remember the breaker is for protecting the wire not the appliance. So a 40 amp breaker you can run #8 wire or larger. Larger breaker you need larger wire, but it won't hurt the welder, just give you more options in the future. Like a larger plasma cutter!!!!
Shade tree MIG welder.
Now a Shade tree TIG welder.
I just bought one of those HF air filter - regulator for my AmVent 50 plasma (the old one leaked to the point my compressor ran constantly to the point it would shut down) I think I'll also run my larger filter at the outlet on the compressor as well so I will be going through two filters ... that should keep things dry.
