Tig welder, support, waranty, out of country

i pm'd this to everlast before my account was validated, but i wanted to see any other opinions before i buy

i am very interested in one of your tigs, however i have a few questions, i will be shipping it to Florida, than trans shipped to the Bahamas,

if it gets here DOA, it will be a big problem and expense for me to ship it back with customs and export fees, and i do notice *seem* to have a higher DOA rate than the regular blue or red boxes. especially i have seen problems with the 250ex, which i am highly considering

secondly, will you be willing to send replacement parts here if needed during the warranty period? replacing parts for me is not an issue as long as you would be willing to help troubleshoot the route of any problem. i supose that ties into the DOA possibility also.

i just want to make sure i wont be left high and dry after the purchase, i wont tig weld every day, and i feel you have the right machine for me.

lastly, any chance of a single phase 480/460v tig anytime soon?

No single phase 460 tig...but we do have 3 phase ones.
We have several customers in the Bahamas or Carribean that buy from us on a regular basis. Apparently they are satisfied. The office MAY be able to give you referrals.

id be surprised if any were here.... not many people can even tig here... but thats good to know i dont have 3 pahse 460 , ill just go with 240, i just spoke to mike r i think? im not sure, but he was helpful.
