Lurking, huh! It's a great forum and as you know, some really nice people here - with talent too! 250ex is a really nice welder. I wish I had one! Welcome to the forum and here's to you going green in the near future .... Cheers!
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?

    Cary,

Don't forget to fill in your location in the My Profile at the top. You will really like the 250EX, does pretty much everything. We have a contest going on right now for Green (Everlast) Bucks too. Might want to check it out in the promotions thread.

    Welcome aboard.

Everlast i-MIG 250P w/spoolgun - Really smooth, plenty of cajones.

Welcome to the forum ... I hope you like the 250 EX as much as I like my 200DX. You're smart to take classes ... everything I've learned about welding is by trial and error ... I have always done things the hard way ... even to the point of not hooking up my pedal until after getting 2T relativity dialed. I'm sure you've already noticed the folks here are very knowledgeable and eager to help.

I am looking at the 250EX but the new 210EXT might win out as they seem to have had trouble with the 250X model it appears...
This looks like a great bunch- I have been lurking here awhile.
