I have to say I like my design over this one. You just can't have enough hangers and the top shelf is very handy during project work. The welder is captured inside the structure so it is difficult to steal during a "walk through". Perhaps a top shelf option for the offered cart would make it a better seller?

I think a cart is always a good first project. But our new carts are nice for the guy/gal that wants to skip a step.

Titan winch I like the cart. Making your own welding cart is like a carpenter making his own tool box. It's kind of a right of passage a mark to show who you are. It maybe just a cart but it's your cart!

That is a very nice cart for sure.

My cart holds three units, MIG, TIG and Plasma. Large hooks to wrap the lines up. Hooks for helmets and hammer. 5" castors, a flip up handle and lots of shelf space.

I think Jericho is right. Mine is no prize, but has everything I want and where I need it to be. Hooks on one side to keep it under 36".

Now with the IMIG250P, I will probably lighten the cart a little.

I also chose to make my own cart but I do like the Everlast one. It’s nice to have the center shelf and the cooler fits well. I’m not sure of the price but I would guess based on their typical selling prices it would be a fair value.

Cart's list price is 129.00. Keep in mind it is quite a heavy built cart.

Does it disassemble for lower shipping cost or is a fully welded design?
