One year after order and still no 25' torch

Today marks one year to the day that I ordered (and paid for) my PP50 and 25' torch together. I got the PP 50 when promised and was willing to accept that the torch would follow by a month or two.

It's now one year later and still no torch. At beginning of July I asked that you ship me one of the 25' S45 torches without the Euro connector. You had those listed on ebay and I bought a connector to to adapt it.

I would really like to get the torch.

Your tech support has been great. The forums are great. But, my patience has its limits. Sadly, I've wanted to use the 40% coupon from one of the contests so I could get a TIG unit - but I just can't see spending any more money until I get what I've already paid for.

If the torches are no longer available - that's fine. Please just let me know what's going on!

same here on torch 25 footer but not is everlast fault i checked and found for some reason the 25 ft torch is unavailable . checked on ebay and they have them but all on back order .

Oleg - I'm more interested in the torch than the money. Did my order just get lost, or don't you carry the 25' torches with a euro connector anymor?
