Polished Air Hose Holder, Too Simple

Found 3 of these wheels at my buddy's shop , Brand new wheels 7.5" x 12" polished aluminum no center in them, He wanted me to weld a bracket on it for his dad,s garage to hang air hoses and have center storage, I added a Bow Tie out of some .125 aluminum tread plate instead just a piece of flat bar.Might make one for myself pretty simple will polish the weld after it cools.
