Thread: How do I get ahold of a sales rep?

  1. Default How do I get ahold of a sales rep?

    Hi,
I called the sales line all day yesterday and spoke to the operator/receptionist twice. She gave my name and number to sales but I haven't received a callback. Is this normal? Is the support like this too?

    Joe
Support is obvious by the forums here.

Did you try getting Mark and ext 204, he can maybe help? I think Oleg might be on vacation.

I know you didn't hit my extension.

Thanks for the reply Mike. I have received prompt responses on the forum. I'm headed out to lunch... I will try Mark this afternoon about 1pm or so.

    Hey Joe,

I can answer questions if just questions. Let me know. Not sure what Oleg is doing I tried to get him yesterday as well and no luck. Are you in the US? Also you can email sales@everlastwelders.com. Sorry for the delay. I know it is hard to get ready to take the plunge, then when you do can not get a sale person.

Thanks Mike. I just hung up the phone with Mark....calling a direct line was much better than the general sales line I tried yesterday. I purchased a PT185 :-) Mark was really helpful...we spoke for 40 minutes. He gave me tons of advise. I'm looking forward to "Going Green"!

Just off the phone myself. Glad it all worked out. The PT185 is a nice machine. Simple and DC/AC for both steel and aluminum. Mark's the guy if you want to get on the phone and see what is the best fit (I bet I would recommend the same thing as well). I was not sure if you knew what you wanted and no one would get on the phone to sell you one. Anyway, it all worked out.

The best small combo (on a budget) we have is the PT185 and a PP50 or the PP205 as well, it will do about all you would need to do on 220VAC single phase.

Greetings, Joe! Congratulations on your purchase. The PT185 is a great welder. I'm sure you are going to love using it. Welcome to the forum and best wishes for "Going Green".
Is it OK to want to break something just so that you can weld it back together?
