A 2001 will be more work than the 94 but not as much as a new truck.
What style cell did you build last time (wet or dry)?

Actually being a wet cell, most of what you were injecting was steam. Water injection is a good thing but can be done more efficiently.

I know nothing about your application, but I have done some electrolytic rust removal. Some people go on about producing chromates when using stainless steel. Is it not much of an issue? I always wondered about how much you could be making. (I was only running about 15 amps through.)
PS - for whatever reason I did one with soap in the solution once. Got nice big oxygen & hydrogen bubbles mixed together. Using a match, they popped pretty darn good!

Funny I did that as well. First one scared the tar out of me, not O/A loud but loud. It blew over the container as well.
I have heard misting water on the AC coils will sale money but never did that either. And who know what crude in the water would do to the aluminum coils. Like the TIG torch
We might have to have Shane spin this off to the Chat Lounge. hahahaa.. But the HHO in the truck, I not only witnessed it, saved some cash.
