I have the Imig 200 and I pretty sure they use the same gun. I use lincoln tips that you get at home depot.

The 205 has a bigger gun. I have use the IMIG200 for a couple years (mix wire flux/ss/er70) no problems at all, aluminum in spool gun only. The IMIG 205 I have used maybe a year, straight er70, never a problem (use it almost everyday). Tips you can get about anywhere. Even Harbor Freight has them, though they are like 200 amp contact tips (the 15 style) they work fine.

I can say I have never had a problem with anything from river.weld.

    Hope that helps.

We did ship Team Binzel (AK15 on the 200, AK25 on the 205 and 250).

The last MIG I received (205P) had a Trafimet. At first I wanted another Binzel, after using the Trafimet, I realize they are basically the same. Also, they use the same consumables as well. And you can use the lincoln/HF ones as well, they are just thinner material on the contact tip but work fine as long as you to max the power and run to long.

I still have an AK-15 on the IMIG-200.

If you have an IMIG over 200 (205/250) then you need a 25, yes, the 15 is small and will not fit. You can use the 15 contact tips though, but I would stay with all 25 parts in the event you wanna run wide open.

The MB25 and MB24 MIG guns appear to have different part numbers for all consumables.

    MB25: http://www.binzel-abicor.com/uploads...104_mb25ak.pdf

    MB24: http://www.binzel-abicor.com/uploads...mb15.24.36.pdf

The MB25 MIG gun uses longer nozzles and tips etc but the MB24 has a higher amperage rating.

Like I mentioned, for the nozzle, get Jean at everlastwelders.ca and she can get you to parts that fit.

I'm pretty sure I have swapped the AK25 (binzel) with the Euro25 (trafamet), and I think they have an insulator in them. Be she can get you a set. Also you can PM Oleg as well if you are in the US.

On the contact tips, HF, Lincoln, they will all work, just note they are not all rated for the full power of the machine. I've never had a problem with them.

If you need an alternate source, this website seems to have a pretty robust selection. The Binzel part numbers are found in the links. I've ordered from them in the past and had good experiences.
