Here is what Airgas has on there site Radnor® Dinse® to SAE Euro Cable Connector allows the connection of a 2-MBP-1 or 4-MBP-1 Male SAE cable connector to a female Dinse® connection.
The male dinse is 12.89 mm dia , Id on female Tweco is 15.87 mm
