    Default Canvas Welder Covers

Anyone out there know of anyone who has the ability and desire to make some custom Everalst welder or plasma cutter covers. I have them for my Lincoln welders and they sure do keep them looking nice and helps keep the dust and dirt off them when they are not in use. I know, I am a bit anal when it comes to protecting and maintaning my tools and equipment. But we pay hard earned money for our stuff and why not keep them looknig and working great.

Lots of people have asked for these... I have no idea why Oleg doesn't want to sell them. I'd buy them for all my machines and I'm sure many others would too.

Really - I thought I was the only one. Give me a little bit and I can come up with something. I have a friend who has an embroidering machine and she has stiched Carhart jackets for us in the past -canvas type coats ect. She is pretty reasonable and if Everlast would not get too bent out of shape with us putting thier logo on a cover for one of thier machines we might have something here. Could even customize it to your name or company name. She has pretty reasonable rates for her stiching. Also there is a custom canvas man locally who can probably make some up if I bring in my machines in for fitting. So, let me throw it out there to all of you. Any interest in covers - most likely black canvas with custom stiching as green canvas I am sure is hard to come by at least at first? If there is, I am willing to do some leg work and get some pricing quotes. Maybe Oleg can give us an opnion on stiching the Everlast name on a cover. Hopefully there is not an issue as it is free advertising - right?

If you are not sure what I am talking about search the name brand machines and thier canvas covers so see what we are talking about.

Here is a place that will make custom covers. They have outdoor canvas (black only). No embroidery though. Looks like a cover for a PowerTig 250EX would be about $30. Seems fair to me. They also have vinyl covers.

I was thinking of having my sister make me one for what ever Everlast I end up going with (don't need one for the 140)... It does seem like Everlast would have them made for the machines.... would make a nice accessory.

I need a MIG.... which one to buy:
    I-Mig 160, I-Mig 200, or a MTS 160
