Hi, I would like to introduce myself. I am an advent Offroad hobbyist that builds and modifies my own Buggys. I bought one of the China combo Plasma cutter welder off Ebay a few years ago and it only lasted a little over a year before the Plasma cutter and Tig welder stop working. It appears to be the HF arc board however I can not find one for this model. Since then I have been looking at the Everlast product line because it comes with a 5 year Warranty and appears to have good support. So here I am.

Our combo units are great. We have been selling them for years and as you see you are not going anywhere. Welcome to the forum. What unit did you guy? Was it a Cherry (i) unit?

Welcome to the forum. I was considering a PowerUltra 205 myself but ended up going with a SuperCut 50P (Ebay $429) and a PA140ST (Amazon $249). The cost was less and if one goes out I am not out the other. If I had to do it over I would probably go with the I-Tig 200 (Amazon $580). It would be a little more than a combo unit but gives more features.

If your refering to the broken unit it is an Accurate Tools 3 n 1. I originally won the 50 Amp Plasma cutter however they did not have any in stock so they offered me the combo unit. Unfortunatly it took them shipping me 3 of them before i got one that actually worked out of the box. So much for thinking I got a great deal. If your refering to an Everlast purchase I have not bought one as of yet.
