  1. Default PP50 Consumable part numbers

Does anyone know the correct part numbers for the PP50 consumables. Also, will the different size electrodes offered from trafimet and other sources work on that particular torch. The reason I ask is some of the other sources say HF electrode and not pilot arc. Its just very confusing trying to find the correct part numbers for PP50 consumables. Thanks in advance for any help....Millermatic

If it is an S 45 torch, it is not a HF torch. There are longer ones and shorter ones. Under the manual section, there is a pdf breakdown on the torch with the trafimet numbers.

Right I did see that but does it matter that its blow back/pilot arc? Also the nozzle that came on the torche has 0.9 on it and all i have found is 0.6 and 0.8 I don't want to buy the wrong consumables, but honestly the prices on the everlast website are way too high.

You pay for quality. A consumable that lasts 2 or 3 times as long as the cheap junk on ebay, you end up paying less actually. At 5-6 dollars a piece for the smaller kits, and 2-3 dollars each (including the more expensive cups) for the larger ones, that is not expensive at all. Buy some Hypertherm cons, and you will really pay.

Are their different sizes of tips or do these plasma cutter only have one size? I see consumables for my plasma cutter like I do welding wire. Some are crap and some are great deals. Some work better for other and some not so much. I think more information about the consumables would be awesome. Maybe a video on your youtube channel explaining the different tips and options out there? If I'm in a pinch I need to know what to look for locally. I see tips like these online but I don't know if they are the same or not. They look exactly the same from the pics but I don't know any better. More upfront information about this subject would be awesome.

    Rafael,
The whole manual for the torch along with the con sizes and part numbers is listed on our site. Hobart, Harbor Freight, Northern Tool, matco, speedway, weldmart.com, HTP and a whole host of others use the same consumables.
