  1. Default Euro Connector

I have noticed that after i depress the trigger on my pp50, the post flow will start but I can feel the air coming out of the back of the euro connector I was just wondering if that was normal or if a connection is loose inside the connector. Also the arc seems to be spitting what looks like little ambers out of the nozzle not often it seems like only when I first start up. Maybe I ask too many questions im just new to the plasma game.

What is you air pressure set too?

It is not too common these days, but sometimes a hose crimp/clamp in the machine could be loose or hose cut at a slight angle. I would check that is you feel a strong flow of air, not the fan air movement.

When you say behind the ero connector, you mean on the outside or inside?

Air pressure is set at about 65psi at 40-50 amps. The air is coming from the torch side of the connector not the machine side. I know its not the fan cause the air flow stops when post flow is finished. Is it a connector in the torch?

Still a little confused. So at the euro connector on the front of the machine you have air leaking? On the outside of the machine? Or at the torch head?

The part that plugs into the machine, I feel the air at the end of the plastic piece on the torch connector. It's hard to explain without a pic. The air is only blowing during post flow Idk about during operation. Where the torch plugs into the machine air is blowing out of the back of the back part of the torch connector. Hope that's a better explanation, like geez!
