Problem with uploading pictures?

I routinely upload pictures in posts, but I'm trying today and its not working. It uploads the entire file and shows it's complete, but the "Insert Image" dialog never goes away.

Is there something going on with the forum? The only difference from normal is that I cropped the picture to a small section and blew it up.

Working fine here now but the forum has been screwy for the last couple days.

After trying four or five times I used different software to crop the original image. That image uploaded without a problem. I'm guessing it was Paintshop doing something screwy (I used it to crop the first attempt).

I use ms paint in windows 7. It's much better than the old one.
