My 200Dx arrived this afternoon in good shape no outside box damage, Consumable box with torch ect had been torn But everything was OK.

Hopefully I am as lucky as you.

Just got my PP 50, the box looks like the day they rolled it off the factory floor, no marks, no dirt, even the white banding straps were clean.
Every thing in the box was nicely packaged. UPS took real good care of that package.

I should probably give a quick update regarding Everlast's service. The good part of my story is that Everlast shipped my pedal out the same day I emailed them, and it arrived the following day. The bad part is, I took all the items out of the carrying case when the welder arrived (so I could pretend weld on the living room floor, using the TIG torch in my right hand hand, and a little French Fry filler rod in the other hand). Now I can't figure out how to put it all back in the carrying case. It won't stay in there long though. The other bad part is my yellow lab took the opportunity to eat a few fries off my plate while I was acting like an idiot...you think I would have seen that one coming since labs are driven by food.
