    Checked connections, checked dials, I can get a spark but it will not ignite.

    I sent a similar message yesterday afternoon EST to 'performance@everlastwelders.com' but have not received a reply.

    I did not get it until late yesterday 5:39 pm on delivery and did not read it until about 8 pm. We have to quit working sometime. Mike and I work out of the East Coast. I forwarded your message directly to him last night. He should respond sometime today, or you can call the tech support line.

    I'd like to give a big Thank You to Mike in Technical Support and to Alex in Sales. With their in-depth knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction we were able to troubleshoot, determine a resolution, agree upon a price for an upgrade, and take delivery of a new machine in less than 48 hours.

    I'm not sure where this ranks in the industry ... but in my experience ... it usually takes at least 48 hours just to get to find someone who is qualified to troubleshoot a problem.

    Mike I truly appreciate your dedication by first taking time in your "off hours" to troubleshoot my existing welder over the phone and then allowing me to have a nearly "instantaneous" replacement of my machine with one of your "new in box" personal welding machines.

    Alex I also want to thank you for providing me with your best price on the upgrade unit and making the shipping and handling acceptable to everyone.

    While other companies are doing as little as possible to save every penny in a tight economy ... Everlast is busy setting the bar of customer service at an all time high. I have a great feeling about my welder and feel confident that the people at Everlast will do everything possible to keep me in business.
