Honestly Mark
That's why it took two weeks and a lot of back and fourth on the forum with all the Everlast team and members of the forum and emails I sent that never did not get answered. It took a lot of work too finally figure out it was not me but the machine. Having the machine replaced by Everlast Canada, now problem free it works very well thanks to Everlast Canada and Duncan and Everlast USA also trying to help. MANUAL'S do have mistakes in them typos and human errors hard to work with the wrong information. I imagine that Jody and Mr. Tig have more resources then I would ever have.
