    Default TIG 0.040" SS problems

    I'm blowing holes thru this stuff, especially on the 90* joints. My setting is 80 amps with remote/foot control. I'm fine with 1/8" stuff.

    I'm also getting a ball of yellowish light that obscures everything around the tungsten. It's not a flash from touching the rod or work. What is causing the yellow ball of light.
