Project 3 from DVA: Fence Repair for the Whiner Time Fun Contest

So I had a friend with a broken fence and he is going out of town to Morocco and needed his back yard secured. He picked up a fence on Craigslist that needed to be shortened about two inches, hinges added and a latch moved and added. I did not charge him any money but said I will send him my bill next time I refill my roll of wire on the Mig Machine (33 lb of Lincoln L-56). I need to get a picture of the fence installed.
