    Yes it matters. The W300 is marked with input and output. At the torch side, the output line comes from the dinse connector as it is also the power line. Connect that one to the input on the cooler. The loose water line on the torch is the input, connect it to the output on the cooler. Be sure not to mix up the argon line and the water line. You can blow in the argon line and hear it come out the torch, also watch the video as they have a few other ways to identify the hoses. It would have been nice if they had different fittings or color codes on the hoses, but it's still not a big deal to figure out.
