Not sure where you are looking, but Lincoln rates their 180 amp MIG at 130A/20V/30%. And the Millermatic 200 is 150A/21.5V/20%. Virtually all MIGs seem to be rated less than full power and with pretty low duty cycles. I'm guessing because they are CV machines rather than CC.
