I'll be damned if I'm going to wait ANOTHER week for shipping. So I did as Performance suggested. I took the belt out of one of the ones I was shipped and packaged up both wrong pedals to go back. I'm done with this. I look forward to going through this again once this belt breaks.
Even through all of my annoyance and gritted teeth I do have to say that the customer service is okay...very responsive and I wasn't given the run around like at most companies. But I just can't stand being shipped the wrong item twice when there is a week long shipping period with no hope of getting something faster. It's been three weeks due to the holidays and that is just a bit beyond my patience. I don't know if it's the rapidly growing business, or just a mix up, or the person I was working with didn't know the difference in the models. But something needs to be worked on.
