    For your first time on AL that weld looks very good.
    Everlast PowerTig 200DX
    Everlast Supercut 50P
    I need a MIG.... which one to buy:
    I-Mig 160, I-Mig 200, or a MTS 160

    I turned the AC balance down to 35% as per Rambozo's post and it welds so good now! Went up to around 125hz AC frequency and I got a nice tighter cone.

    Here is a pic of me playing around with the settings. Put 2x 36" filler rods into it.

    If you read our forum, you will find 120Hz and 30% is the starting range for aluminum. Maybe something for the manual if not there. But posted many time...

    The first picture was not at 65% either, you would have a lot more etching.

    First picture was 60-65%.
