Nothing but Kudos to Oleg and Erik

This is a bit of a long story but I will try to keep it as short as possible. I was looking at another brand tig welder 200dx which advertised cheaper then the Everlast 200dx. Every time I tried to contact the other company thru their own website whether it be via email or IM, I was never answered. Just everything that could go wrong did. At that point I was at a loss because the Everlast unit was out of my price range. I tooled around on the internet to find a Everlast 200dx on Amazon so I ordered it up. When it arrived it was mismarked and when opened it was a Power Plasma 50. I called Everlast and to my surprise Erik answered the phone and asked me to send pics. When I sent the pics he called me back and said he does not know how Amazon could of ever made that type of mistake and to return it and he would take care of it on their end and Honor that price on a unit thru Everlast. After that I lost contact with Erik and while doing all the emailing I CC'ed Oleg on everything. Over the hassles of Amazon tying up my money with their internal investigation, Oleg made all good with shipping out my 200dx a few weeks ago. So with all that I say Kudos to Erik and Oleg!

I'm a bit surprised about what happened to you with Amazon. They are usually pretty good about everything. Must be an anomaly. To be sure, Everlast is great to deal with. Down to earth people. Good to hear everything worked out.

Yes I received it about 1 week after I placed the order with Oleg. I haven't had much time to play with it since the Holidays are here, but what little I have played with it, all is beyond expectations! Great little machine so far.
