Thread: Wonderful Buying Experience

    Default Wonderful Buying Experience

I've just purchased an IMig 200 and all I can say is I've been very impressed with the customer service from Everlast. Oleg has been wonderful during the process and the IMig has exceeded my expectations in every way. I had originally bought a Mig 140 from Longevity because of the price. Their website said that it was in stock only to find out that it would be a few weeks before they would come in. I emailed Oleg to see if they had any deals on the Imig and they were running a 20% off special and I just couldn't pass up the deal. I got my Longevity order cancelled and Everlast shipped my welder the same day that I ordered. The unit came in in great shape but was missing the extra contact tips. Oleg said that they would send those out. I'm an Everlast customer for life now! I'll post some photos of my first welds over in the Mig forum. Thanks again everlast!

Congrats on your purchase of the IMIG. I can confirm that you are in good hands with Oleg. He was fully on the ball with my situation too. If you read my post I made mention to why I went with Everlast too. I did mention a name Erik though it should of been Alex, but it was Oleg that made it all good with me and my PowerTig 200DX. I will deal with Oleg any time with future welder needs!

I had no issues with mine either. Most of teh time for me was deciding on which welder to purchase.

Yup ... Oleg is AWESOME! I've not tried an Everlast Mig system yet ... but after using the PT200DX I may give one a try. I really like Everlast and enjoy using their equipment.
