    Default Bird cage

All this metal work reminded me of the Bird cage. Well I started out as welding project but it was to hard but I used welding rod. I made with aluminum welding rods and no weld but a lot of thinking on how to do it and put it together.

I can see the bird going in but never coming out. Kudos though on the project. How did you get the uniform shape? Was it done in a jig or did you manually bend each one?

I put them in the top first then pulled them down and put then the bottom left and right at the same time and they made the shape themselves first time they were to short I added 6 inches and they work out just right. At the end I put in a paper blow up bird look good but never took a picture of it.

I suppose you could just put an egg in the cage through the bars.

The only one that would probably fit is a humming bird egg.
