hello what size is the argon male quick disconnect fitting for the tig torches? Do any online venders sell it?
Anyone use a regular airline quick disconnect for swapping torches instead?
thanks

Everlast sells them, just call and tell them what you need.

Hi thanks is it only available from Everlast? I am in canada and i'd like to buy the fitting locally. Seems a little silly to have a fitting on the machine that can only be bought from everlast.
Why not add it to the online store?

Arc-Zone gave me these part numbers to the fitting for everlast machines
CK-1006
Fail Safe Ferrule.
Note: For use with CK-2564 Quick-Release Male Hose Plug.
CK-2564
Quick-Release Male Hose Plug. Note for use with CK-1006 Fail Safe Ferrule.
It's about 8.00$ for both 6 for the connector and 2 for the ferrule you could use a small pipe clamp also
Hi -
For the gas connection you'll have to cut the threaded end off your new torch gas line and install a barbed QD. You can get these barbed QD's from weldingdirect.com, Part number 501N0114. I couldn't find a right hand female threaded connector with the correct QD on the other end. Arczone has one that looks right for the gas line but it IS NOT. QD is too small (P/N ZHCK-G won't work).
Hope this helps
