Does anybody know when S45 electrodes and set will be available again?

I can't speak for Everlast inventory levels- you can call their San Francisco offices for availability. The Everlast Canada office may be another source, or there are online sources too, such as this one:

I see you are in Quebec and even though the website currently shows we are out of stock we still have some available , so if you call the Burlington Location or email jean@everlastwelders.ca
