Supercut 50P dead AGAIN

Have purchased the Supercut 50P in 2010 and have had nothing but problems. Works great when it works. But now, again, during a cut, it quit. The red light of death is on once you trigger the gun. Has air pressure out gun, but no arc.
This is exactly the same thing that happened previously, that I sent in to get fixed at my expense.
Still on the original order of tips, maybe 15 total cuts, and again this machine has failed and needs to be sent in for repair, at MY cost again. With shipping charges and the amount of time this unit is repaired vs actual usage time, it is now getting pathetic.
It in now to the point where the repair bills are going to be close to the original cost of the machine. Is anyone else out there with a Supercut 50P having the same issues?

Its a 2010 model, is it not covered under warranty?

It is under warranty, but we do not pick up shipping.

If others were having the problem I am sure they would be doing what you are doing here. I would recommend, what I would do, call into sales, get Oleg and tell someone that can help you the issues. 877-755-9353 ext 201
