Default No HF on my 250EX

I had a great day of stick welding the other day but yesterday when I switched over to do some DC tig there was one start with HF then nothing. I tried 2T and 4T, pedal and torch switch and even lift start but nothing. I don’t even hear the sound of the arc when I start. Double checked all of the connections and it will work as long as I starch start. Anything else before it requires surgery?

I guess I'll open it up again and see if anything looks bad. I has only been rolled on the cart a few feet so I don't think anything should have worked loose.

    Sorry,

Wayne just saw your post for some reason I missed it and am not sure why. That makes a couple of times lately, when I hit new posts, it doesn't come up.

It sounds like something simple. (At least, I hope it is) I am sure just as soon as Mike can, he will get in contact or you can try him.

I pulled the front cover off and pushed any wire with a connector on it and it seems to be fine now. There were a few that felt loose on the front panel assembly. This could have been from the last time I had to pull it off to adjust the point gap.
