I've used the PP205 plasma torch twice and loved it, but when I set it up this time there's nothing at all. No clicks, no air, no spark, no nothing. What pins should I be checking for switch malfunction? What's next?

If I can't fix it I can make it.....unrecognizable.
Well first you ought to cross check the other functions first and make sure you are in 2T and all your other knobs except amps are turned down. Check and make sure the wires on the plug have not come loose. Then check the wires on the torch switch itself. Likely one has slipped off.
Pins 1 and 2 are the ones on that one.

Thanks Mark. The blue wire spade connector was not well acquainted with it's spade terminal. It works now. Wires one and two. Well DUH! LOL
