super flex hose , Adpt, Torch, do I need this piece

I am looking to buy a new torch and super flex line. I noticed in this thread:

that one person bought a quick disconnect end for the gas side of the Adapter. Does the one that comes with the Adapter not work? I also noticed the hole size was different between the 2 QD's.
Whats up? could I use the one that can on my 200DX ? ( I have a Everlast 200DX)

Just add -LG to the end of your dinse part number to make it plug and play with Everlast. CK SL2-35-LG should be your number.
