Thread: Everlast good Service

  1. Default Everlast good Service

Hello all. Just wanted to relate my experience with buying and setting up my New Tig.

I was not a Happy Camper. I bought the machine for a job to be done on location and like a dope. I received the machine loaded it in the truck and off I went. Well it appears that the shipper was not kind to the unit and I was unable to get it to work. The service tech walked me through some fixes and still no luck. Alex went above and beyond to try and fix the problem. They sent a replacement unit and once the pilot error factor (me) was corrected the unit worked great. I still have my big blue unit in the shop but the 200 DX is a permanent fixture in my field service truck. Just today it was used to put a stainless steel food processing machine back together. Just wanted to say thanks for the great service and I will buy from Everlast again.

Attached is a Copper to Stainless I did with the 200 DX just for fun

Glad all was worked out quick.

I am sure others will want to know what filler did you used on the repair? Also, did you run on their 220vac or a generator?
