    Default Fast Delivery

Never mind Oleg just called and is taking my new welder away for another customer.

This turned from total elation to total bummer REAL FAST!

Ok, Everything Is straightened out and I do get to keep the welder. I was supposed to get one of the new shipment in a couple of more weeks but the shipping department accidentally shipped me the LAST one off the shelf that was to go to another customer. Oleg straightened out the deal all around and I am VERY happy and even though the other customer is not happy he is getting some free stuff for his wait so it has to be said that Oleg is a fair and equitable vendor who goes the extra mile to correct and make right any mistakes that are made. I am sure the other customer will appreciate not getting this one as it became tear stained when I thought it would have to be returned . Besides that as many of you well know getting a welder shipped by UPS damage free is a roll of the dice at best . Shipping this one 3 times as would have been required would almost mean certain shipping damage.

I know what you mean. When I first bought my 256, it looked like it had been rolled end over end all the way from California.

I just purchased a 2013 250EX (new look) that got here in perfect shape. ups is definitely a crapshoot.

You know guys, it's funny, I have much better luck with FedEx than I do Brown.
If I go Brown, it usually looks like it was thrown to the ground! When mine got here
(a full 7 day trip BTW) I made the driver wait until I opened it before he left. Outer
carton looked rough but the inner one was fine. Brown is nowhere near what they use to be.

Ditto that, I'm not really thrilled about the waits and delays that seem rather frequent at EL, but Oleg's unquestionable integrity makes up for it.
Penncrest Buzzbox - Infinite amp control! Man the 70's were good.
Everlast Powerplasma 60 - Reliable unit, cuts well.
Everlast i-MIG 250P w/spoolgun - Really smooth, plenty of cajones.
Everlast 250EXT - Sometimes it just takes a kick in the balls...
Everlast 255EXT - Just started playing

When I started with Everlast a long time ago, some paychecks I thought I would never see, things were tight at the margins.. But I trusted Oleg, he always delivered and made things right or better.. I have seen that for years with our customers as well.

It's many years later, products rock-and-roll. The company is a real name now. But we try to keep the prices down and make the feature and looks better. That, sometime, slows things now and people get impatient. We can ask a Miller price and get one to you in two days if you like? ;D

We are not always slow, but sometime we are not the fastest. But Oleg always delivers.

Thanks for being the best customers and trusting in Everlast. Sorry for any delays.
