Just bought a 250ex . It welds good little loud but I knew that was normal for this welder. Did allot of research of different welders so far happy with choice. Converted a gas grill into a welding cart turned out pretty cool. I Also have a mig welder too. I will post some pics when I figure out how.

That did turn out nice. Keep in mind Everlast sells CK torches now and a 130 or flex-loc 130 with a superflex lead is really nice for anything 150 amps or less. They're rated for 130 amps @ 100% duty cycle AC or DC but 150 amp @60% duty cycle is no problem.
The small #2 head (9 size) is all you need. Also available in higher amp watercooled.

Very cool, and cheap. I've converted shopping carts and a pressure washer base as well, for kicks, gave them away. I did keep some weird 3 wheeled thing we converted, only because it would almost do a 360 with the tank on it and rolled over cords well.
