Tig welding a motorcycle gas tank

Hey guys, I just finished a mod to a used HD King Sportster tank.
Nothing major just moving and changing the fuel outlet bung and
making a different rear mount. Used my new 2013 PowerTig 200DX.
First off I washed the tank out thoroughly and purged it with argon.
Anyway, I used the pulser. 1pps, 30% background and 50% on time.
worked slicker than snail snot!
