Now, try dipping. OK, I see something...and have thought of something else. The sides aren't tied in, and it looks like your ripple separation is too big...that's still sign you are using too much amps and moving too fast....90 amps is way too much as evidence by the overreinforcement inside. While the weld inside should suck back it should be fairly flat, or you'll get a restriction in the flow.
Try, wiggling the torch,(walking the cup) about as fast as you can, or freehand the torch so it is running from side to about 3 times a second.
What you have in the pipe from what I was taught and know, is way too m uch reinforcement still all the way around. Too much filler at too many amps causes this. Again, no suck back, but the backside should be flat and actually, if done right won't be but about 3/32 wide.
