Random Weld Projects

Been a while so I decided I would post some quick projects I have been working on with my 200DX. Everything I do is pretty much automotive related.

Schedule 40 304SS Piping for a turbo manifold. Beveled edge and backpurged and the inside looks just like the outside as seen here with full penetration.

Schedule 40 304SS Collector for previous manifold.

Aluminium Icebox for Turbo Car

I must have missed this thread somewhere along the way. Very nice projects and it looks like you have been putting your 2013 Everlast PT 200DX to good use. Really nice work.

Now I have to ask. Is it a "2013" 200DX? They all weld the same, but nice welds either way. It's more the person holding the torch .

It's definitely the person behind the torch! I didn't want anyone to interpret my post that way. I just noticed that he must have only received the Everlast welder in the past little while. Gee, if the PT 200DX could weld like that on its own, that would take all the fun out of things!
