Interesting that you should post this question. I was checking out the Everlast channel (great channel by the way) and saw this video:

More like a specialty welding process. Check out their other videos too. I'm not sure why the Everlast youtube videos aren't being posted in this forum.

Because the 205 is also a DC stick welder, you can weld aluminum with aluminum stick electrodes. Some more information about it here- the author uses an Everlast machine:

Post up some photos if you give this a try!

Many of them are, but I guess we need a collective area/thread to post them.

As far as welding aluminum goes. It's not cheap. It's about 20-30/lb. And a pound lasts about 15 minutes if you are sticking it together...but you are moving almost faster than you could MIG it.

How about a Video menu item or a button on the site that takes you to the Everlast YouTube channel? Something that shows up on the homepage as well as from the forum pages. There is the video library link under resources, but it looks like everything is moving to YouTube, so linking right to the channel makes sense. Also that menu isn't accessible from the forum pages. Maybe something can go under Quick Links. By linking to the channel you wouldn't have to worry about updating individual video links or some long sticky thread with all of them.
