Since I have been dealing with Everlast, specifically Oleg, I have had the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Oleg put up with my multiple questions and was happy to answer them via email and on the phone. I called tech support to ask questions about the electricity needed to run my Power Arc 160 STH and they responded quickly and courteously. This is in quite contrast to the experience I had with the blue and red people.
To me customer service is everything and the company will live or die with me depending on how their service is. SO far so good!
Oleg keep up the awesome service...
