Well I sent an email to Duncan at Everlast Canada about the problems I have with my MTS250S machine and he ask to bring the welder down to have a look at it, I am only 1 ½ hours away from Everlast Canada. We work on a new MTS250S to see if it did the same thing it did not so Duncan exchange the welders now I have a new one. I am very happy with the service and warranty on the Everlast products and again I really like the MTS250S machine.

Glad to hear it all worked out. Local customer service is a great thing.

Well I push the new MTS250S this week and it worked perfectly no codes. Put 4 rolls of 4043 .030 wire thru the spool gun welding up some portable horse fencing (corals) us it to weld the tube that links them together 24 of them. The welds are as good as the tig but faster.
I did not know if I should leave both welders running at the same time so I shut one off and welded with it, then shut it off and used the other one.
    Used 1000ft of tubing 1.0" X .125
    Setting's on the MTS250S 22.1V 528A argon 100% set at 13L
Had a bad ground made a grounding bar made a difference in the weld.
