This is my second purchase from Everlast. I had purchased a Supercut 50P originally (more on that later). I then planned to buy one of the 3-in-1 multiprocess machines and sell the Supercut machine. Well I ordered a Superultra 205P off Ebay and when I received it, there was a problem with the pilot arc from the start. I called the tech support and they were very helpful and said I would have to send it back and they emailed me the UPS shipping label. Since that machine was a MOSFET, I thought maybe I should try to upgrade to an IGBT model, so I talked to Alex and he offered me the Powerultra 205P upgrade with the difference in cost. I received an email with the invoice for the PU205P, but after several days of no activity on shipping, I emailed them and finally found out that the PU205 was out of stock and would be at least 2 more weeks, so Oleg offered to ship me the Powerultra 250P, which was in stock. I received that machine and it has performed very well. Now back to the original Supercut 50P. I was using that machine while I was waiting on the new machine and it failed. After talking to tech support, it was necessary to send it back to Everlast for warranty repair (RA130416). It has been at Everlast a little over a month now and I haven't received any kind of update on when to expect it back. The people at Everlast are very willing to work with you on orders and equipment issues, but it seems sometimes it is kind of hard to get feedback information from them on both. I still feel like Everlast is a company that stands behind their products with customer support, but you have to stay on top of the processes.
