  1. Default Power arc 160 STH duty cycle?

    If I have a duty cycle of 35% at 160 amperage with a 1/8 Rod how do I calculate my duty cycle at 125 average With a 1/8 rod?
    Century AC 100 stick (dead and gone)

    Figure about 5 minutes on and 5 minutes off. Normally you need more filler or ER, so the delay to get another rod might work where you are working 100% though yours power at 50-60% duty cycle wise.
