I see most of the Everlast team U.S.A. and Canadian team are in Las Vegas at the SEMA show, are they announcing any new models?

Not really much to improve on this year. We've already outlined a few new models. We'll go into more detail later on. But we are working on a Digital PowerArc 280 STH. We'll have the revised and improved 140E and 200E i-MIGs. And a thing or two we're not ready to discuss yet. No major changes much to the existing product, except for one which will be announced later.

It has been over six months since the deadline for entry into the contest. Did y'all know that contests such as this are covered under federal and state law? And one requirement of the law is that "prizes must be awarded and distributed". Certainly, the operator of the contest has a reasonable time to determine winners and award prizes. Do y'all think the FTC would consider six months to be excessive?
Given the amount of time that it has taken to determine winners and award prizes, I don't see how anyone could conclude anything except that Everlast has acted in bad faith here. I'm terribly disappointed.
P.S. If one were so inclined, one could complain to the FTC at this URL.
